Customization

Selected Aepo pieces may be available for customization at our discretion.

All customization requests are subject to approval by the Aepo team. We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or decline any customization request if it is not feasible or suitable for production.

Customized pieces are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless they are received in a damaged condition and the damage claim is approved by our team.

Orders

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that all information provided by you is accurate, complete, and current.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion. This may include cases involving incorrect product information, pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, misuse of offers, or any issue affecting order fulfilment.

Payments are processed through third-party payment service providers. Aepo does not store your full credit card, debit card, UPI, or banking details.

Returns, Exchanges, and Store Credit

All returns, exchanges, and store credit requests are governed by our Return, Exchange & Credit Policy.

We do not offer refunds. Approved returns are processed as store credit only.

Products may be exchanged only in case of damage, subject to approval by the Aepo team.

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos or videos of the damage.

Damage claims are reviewed by the Aepo team on a case-by-case basis.

Products with damage caused by use, washing, mishandling, alteration, perfume, stains, makeup, or customer negligence will not be accepted for exchange or credit.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale cannot be returned, exchanged, or processed for store credit.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing product details, size information, customization details, shipping information, and store policies before placing an order.

You are responsible for providing accurate order, payment, contact, and delivery information.

Aepo will not be responsible for failed delivery, incorrect delivery, or delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.
