This Shipping Policy explains how Aepo processes, ships, and delivers orders placed through our website.

By placing an order with Aepo, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Processing

Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours from the time of order confirmation.

Please note that order processing may be affected by payment confirmation, product availability, courier availability, public holidays, operational delays, or circumstances outside our control.

Delivery Timeline

Once shipped, orders may take up to 7 days to reach customers across India.

For Tier A cities, delivery may usually take 3 to 4 days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on the delivery location, courier partner, weather conditions, local restrictions, address accuracy, and other logistical factors.

Pan India Shipping

We ship across India, subject to courier serviceability for the customer’s delivery address.

If a location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we may contact the customer to discuss available options or cancel the order if delivery is not possible.

Customized Orders

Customized orders may take up to 3 weeks to be prepared before dispatch.

The timeline for customized pieces may vary depending on the nature of the customization, availability of materials, production requirements, and approval of customization details.

Once the customized order is ready, it will be shipped according to our standard shipping process.

Tracking Information

Tracking details may be shared with the customer once the order has been shipped.

If you require your tracking number, please contact us with your order details and we will share the available tracking information.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout or communicated before order confirmation.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise decided by Aepo at its discretion.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of placing an order.

Aepo will not be responsible for delays, failed delivery, return to origin, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable delivery details provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address details, failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.

Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may attempt delivery as per their own delivery process.

If the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or refuses delivery, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, any additional shipping, return, or re-shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

Delays

While we make reasonable efforts to ship orders on time, delivery timelines cannot be guaranteed.

Aepo is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, strikes, festivals, high-volume periods, local restrictions, government actions, incorrect address details, or any event outside our reasonable control.

Damaged Package on Delivery

If your package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened at the time of delivery, please take photos or videos before opening the package and contact us as soon as possible.

Damage claims will be reviewed by the Aepo team on a case-by-case basis.

Lost or Missing Shipments

If your order appears to be delayed, lost, or undelivered after dispatch, please contact us with your order details.

We will coordinate with the courier partner where possible. However, Aepo cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by courier partners or incorrect customer information.
