At Aepo, each piece is created with care. Please review our return and exchange policy before placing your order.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds.

All approved returns are processed as store credit only. Store credit can be redeemed on our website and will be valid for 1 month from the date of issue.

Products may be exchanged only in case of damage, subject to approval by our team.

Returns

Returns are accepted only at the discretion of the Aepo team.

To be eligible for review, the item must be returned in its original condition. It must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. An unboxing video is a must for the team to assess the condition. 

Items with makeup stains, perfume, deodorant, body odour, marks, or any visible signs of wear will not be accepted.

Please take care while trying on your garment.

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos or videos of the damage along with an unboxing video.

Once reviewed and approved by our team, the product may be exchanged or processed for store credit, depending on the case.

Damage claims raised after 14 days from delivery may not be accepted.

Return Initiation

All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team before sending the product back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.

Authorized Returns Only

Only authorized returns will be accepted.

Any item sent back without approval from the Aepo team will be refused. In such cases, it will be the customer’s responsibility to arrange collection or return shipping of the garment.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not refund shipping charges, delivery charges, or any additional costs paid at the time of purchase.

Aepo is not responsible for items lost, delayed, or damaged during return transit. We recommend using a reliable and trackable shipping service.

Return Processing

Returned items must be received at our warehouse before any store credit or exchange can be issued.

Once the item is delivered to us, it may take 5 to 7 business days for our team to assess and process the return.

If approved, you will receive an email notification with your store credit details.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customized Items

Customized pieces are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless they are received in a damaged condition and the damage claim is approved by our team.

Credit Validity

Store credit is valid for 1 month from the date of issue.

Expired credit cannot be reissued, extended, or redeemed.
